job duties: 

1. participate in quality analysis, prepare quality control plan, design quality control card, and determine quality control points;

2. determine the control procedures and necessary tooling to ensure process quality and final inspection control;

3. coordinate with relevant departments to analyze quality issues and supervise the implementation and effectiveness of improvement measures;

4. continuously monitor the progress of all quality objectives and implement necessary improvement measures;

5. responsible for the maintenance and control of product-related quality documents and records.

qualifications

1. above bachelor degree relevant to the industry; good english skills;

2. more than 3 years’ working experience in quality related positions;

3. familiar with iatf16949 quality management system; understand the operation method of iatf16949 quality system in enterprises; understand product process; familiar with quality management tools and methods, such as 6sigma; skilled use of office software;

4. work with chariness and responsibility, rigorous and meticulous, strong analytical and problem solving skills; good team player;

5. have national auditor qualification.
